On Rationality of Arb-Med

Abstract: The article deals with the definition of arb-med, then analyzes the pro-viewpoints and con-viewpoints, pointing out that there are three focus of the argumentation about it ,i.e.due process and efficiency .Finally the article introduces the “acquirement of dual agreement”theory and applies it for demonstrating the rationality of arb-med.
