    作者簡(jiǎn)介
    霍政欣 1976年11月生,2005年6月畢業(yè)于武漢大學(xué)法學(xué)院,獲法學(xué)博士學(xué)位,現(xiàn)就職于中國(guó)政法大學(xué)國(guó)際法學(xué)院,兼任中國(guó)法學(xué)會(huì)理事、中國(guó)國(guó)際私法學(xué)會(huì)理事、韓國(guó)首爾國(guó)立大學(xué)中國(guó)研究所研究員。曾先后赴德國(guó)(2001)、奧地利(2003)、荷蘭(2004)、美國(guó)(2006—2007)、韓國(guó)(2009—2010)等國(guó)進(jìn)行訪(fǎng)問(wèn)研究。作者的主要專(zhuān)著有《不當(dāng)?shù)美膰?guó)際私法問(wèn)題》(武漢大學(xué)出版社,2006),主要譯著有《法律選擇與涉外司法》(北京大學(xué)出版社,2007)、《如果你是平等主義者,為何如此富有?》(北京大學(xué)出版社,2009)等;先后在“American Journal ofComparative Law”、“Asian Pacific Law and Policy Journal”、“Journal ofCambridge Studies”、《法學(xué)研究》、《法學(xué)評(píng)論》、《比較法研究》、《武漢大學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)》、《求是學(xué)刊》、《民商法論叢》、《中國(guó)國(guó)際法年刊》、《中國(guó)國(guó)際私法與比較法年刊》、《武大國(guó)際法評(píng)論》、《人民法院報(bào)》、《南方周末》、《聯(lián)合早報(bào)》等國(guó)內(nèi)外刊物上發(fā)表中英文學(xué)術(shù)論文、譯文及評(píng)論50余篇;其科研及教學(xué)成果曾獲得湖北省第六屆哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)優(yōu)秀成果獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)、北京市第十屆哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)優(yōu)秀成果獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)、中國(guó)高等學(xué)?茖W(xué)研究?jī)?yōu)秀成果獎(jiǎng)(人文社會(huì)科學(xué))三等獎(jiǎng)、中國(guó)政法大學(xué)第四屆青年教師教學(xué)基本功大賽冠軍等獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。
